Rosemary Ingado is a certified Physician Assistant. She attained a Bachelor’s degree in Sciences and Physician Assistant Studies from Howard University in 2002.
After graduation, she practiced in a Primary Care setting and also worked in a Geriatric and Correctional Facility before joining a local pain center.
She joined Rosen-Hoffberg Pain and Rehabilitation Associates in September 2009.Rosemary sees patients in our Towson office. She managesand monitors patients' medications, performs trigger point injections and is involved also in patient education plus counseling regarding patients' abilities to better handle chronic pain. In addition to proper use of medication, she also suggests other medication-sparing alternatives to better manage their pain, including developing patient-specific exercise programs, weight counseling, and improved coping with stress.
Rosemary resides in Montgomery County.Her special interests are volunteering, nature photography, amateur bird watching and hiking. She is doing research on post-partum depression from an emotional pain perspective.
